Return & Refund Policy

At Pari, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of herbal skincare and edible seed products, returns are accepted only in case of:

• Damaged product

• Incorrect product delivered

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition to be eligible for return or replacement. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or taste preference for edible products.
